Catering By Design follows the recommendations of SHOROC – the Regional Organisation of Councils incorporating Manly, Mosman, Pittwater and Warringah Councils. We also recommend parents become familiar with the tips and information provided in the ‘No Regrets’ Safe Party Pak available from the local councils’ youth workers.
Ensure you register your party with the local police 7 days before the event. You should ask for a party registration form when asking for your ‘No Regrets’ Safe Party Pak.

Cocktail Parties
Simpler cocktail style parties may be best suited to a hors d’oeuvre and canapé presentation with guests selecting finger foods served on stylish platters. Fresh and flavourful foods are prepared and we always use locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Outdoor Catering
Interested in outdoor catering? Our popular outdoor cookout offers a BBQ menu served buffet-style. Your very own BBQ chef is on site to cook your meats to order along with fresh fish cooked on separate grill, a selection of fresh salads (including pesto pasta and potato salads), fresh, crusty breads and condiments.
One or Multi-Course Meals
For smaller events you may choose to have a One, Two or Three Course Meal served in your home or at your venue. Should you have guests with special dietary restrictions, just let us know. We can cater for any dietary taste or requirement. We can even bring our coffee machine to you for gourmet espresso coffee after your meal.
Sweet Catering
Some people may be able to resist the Chocolate Fountain with marshmallows and fruit, but not many! Ask us about our signature dessert…decadent chocolate finger desserts….mouthwatering!
