Our fully RSA trained and experienced bar staff handle beverage service with ease and whether it’s a selection of wines, beer, mocktails, cocktails, mixed drinks, soft drinks, juice bars or teas and gourmet coffee, Catering by Design has many beverage options for you to choose from.
If your event requires food service with full bar service or cash bar service, we can plan and provide beverages as well as professional bar staff with Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
When we supply the alcohol, you’ll only pay for the drinks you consume. So there are no nasty shocks when you pay the bill and no per person flat fees which assume every guest is a heavy drinker. We can arrange for the alcohol to be delivered just prior to your event – all pre-chilled and ready for consumption – along with any glassware you require.
You are also welcome to supply the drinks yourself or we can do it for you. If you prefer to provide your own alcohol, we can arrange to have alcohol delivered cold to your premises on your behalf and at bottle shop prices! You will only pay for what you use as our supplier will take back any unused stock. We only charge 10% of the final bill to cover handling and are also able to get more alcohol on the night if needed!
