You are welcome to supply the drinks yourself or we can do it for you – whether it’s a selection of teas and gourmet coffee, soft drinks, juice bars, mocktails, wine, beer, mixed drinks or cocktails, we have many options for you to choose from.
Our professional and experienced staff understand that their role is to be of service to you and your guests.
All Catering By Design chefs and service staff pass through several interviews before being selected and we have regular staff training days to ensure our staff are all at the same high standard.
During a catered event, all catering team members wear the distinctive Catering By Design uniform and our fully trained bar staff handle beverage service with ease.
Depending on the size and location of your event, you will probably need to hire tables, chairs, dinner settings, linen, cutlery, serving ware and more – we can organise all of this and deliver it all for you.
We also have a trusted network of suppliers we turn to whenever we need extra equipment, staff or specialty items. We are happy to make recommendations should your event require additional resources.
We have a range of venues we cater at to suit the size of your event, the time of the year and the type of occasion you are celebrating.
We’re happy to cater at your home or a hall or a surf club, however we also have a range of private venues available for hire, including Chinwaggery, Ponderosa House, and catamarans on both Pittwater and Sydney Harbour.
Considering an outdoor venue with no kitchen facilities? No worries! Our catering trailer functions as a mobile kitchen and is fitted out with all the kitchen equipment we need to cater for large quantities efficiently and effectively.
